Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and driven Sales and Marketing Associate to take meaningful ownership of initiatives that shape the future of our brand through contributions to the day-to-day operations of our Sales & Marketing team.
This role places you at the heart of our mission to elevate the prestige of our brand within the global alcohol beverage industry.
As a valued member of our team, you’ll work closely with the General Manager of Sales and Marketing across multiple areas of the business – including marketing, brand development, and sales coordination. Your contributions will directly influence how our brand is experienced by partners, consumers, and the broader international marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
- Develop and update marketing materials and website content with a focus on brand consistency.
- Engage with consumer inquiries, ensuring timely and brand-positive communication.
- Oversee special marketing projects from concept to completion – coordinating timelines, creative assets, and approvals.
- Contribute original ideas and insights that help advance our global brand-building efforts.
Brand Representation
- Represent the brand as a confident and knowledgeable ambassador for tastings, festivals, and exclusive events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including setup, materials, and on-site execution to ensure every touchpoint reflects our commitment to quality.
- Oversee packing and shipping event materials and samples as needed.
Manufacturing & Production
- Maintain regular communication with manufacturing and warehouse partners on matters of product quality, production schedules, and component inventory availability.
- Track and report quality concerns or updates as directed by senior team members.
International Sales
- Facilitate internal tracking of sales orders, allocations, and inventory updates to ensure accuracy and operational clarity across the business.
- Communicate directly with distributors, partners, and other key stakeholders to align on priorities that support our long-term growth.
- Prepare thoughtful and strategic sales reports that may guide planning, forecasting, and market development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and well-documented sales records and logistics details.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations. Ideally within the alcohol beverage industry or luxury goods sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated initiative, reliability, and ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to collaborate confidently across teams and functions.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events (some evenings/weekends required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Excel and shared document systems (Google Drive, OneDrive) is a plus.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
