We are currently looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dealership team. This position is ideal for someone with administrative experience who is eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily administrative and office duties.
- Organize and maintain dealership records and documentation.
- Assist with vehicle title transfers and registration paperwork.
- Communicate with customers, lenders, and government agencies as needed.
- Manage emails and dealership correspondence through Gmail.
- Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Support management with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using Gmail and other office software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn vehicle title transfers and dealership administrative processes.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a car dealership.
- Familiarity with Texas DMV paperwork and title processing.
- Experience with dealership management software is a plus.
- Bilingual Required: Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in both English and Spanish
