While this is primarily a leadership and sales driven role, there are opportunities for additional responsibilities in areas such as wholesale purchasing, travel, event planning, and marketing. We are a small team, and there are many areas to contribute (and grow!).
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years high end customer service experience
- At least 2+ years of team management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Shopify POS, inventory management, and CRM
- Ability to build and organize systems and structural processes
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with and passion for fine jewelry; correct terminology builds trust with our clientele
Nice to Have:
- Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, CAD, etc
- Experience with photography or other creative arts
- Experience with Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Social Media, or other relevant skills
- Fine Jewelry Production

Key Objectives (may include, but are not limited to):
- Overseeing daily operations of the retail store, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Leading and motivating retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Cultivating a supportive and professional work environment for the team
- Monitoring inventory levels, conducting regular stock assessments and coordinating with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implementing merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and appeal.
- Analyzing sales data and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensuring a positive and customer-friendly shopping experience across the store.
Key Duties (may include but are not limited to):
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.
- Manage and motivate the sales team, providing coaching and support for professional development.
- Partner with marketing to execute promotional events and campaigns.
- Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to communicate goals, expectations and updates.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences and competitive landscape to drive innovation.
