We strive to instill Biblical values alongside academic excellence for all our students. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic preschool teacher who has a passion for early childhood education and shares our Christian values. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment that encourages spiritual, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Qualifications:
- Must have completed the required 45 DCF (Department of Children and Families) hours.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Committed Christian with the ability to integrate faith into daily classroom activities.
- CDA or higher in Early Childhood Education is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with Christian values.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and staff.
- Support the social and emotional development of each child.
- Participate in school events, chapel, and professional development as required.
