Director of Sales
Requirements:
- Proven Account Management skills needed to create, maintain
and enhance customer relationships
- Capability to plan and carry out revenue target and other sales
responsibilities with minimal direction
- Minimum 5 years of account or sales management in direct account
sales, OEM sales or channel sales.
- Hands-on sales experience in solids sate drive, hard drive or computer
hardware industry a plus
- Extremely detail oriented
- Technical competence (understand flash hard drives, hardware,
software, networks, etc)
- Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and skilled at negotiation
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Undergraduate degree
