Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Certified Behavior Technician (RBT or CBT) to join our team. In this role, you will facilitate group ABA therapy sessions in our Bellingham clinic, helping clients develop communication, social, play, and daily living skills in a fun, structured group environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support group ABA therapy sessions in the clinic setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs designed by the BCBA
- Collect accurate data on client progress during group sessions
- Facilitate social skills, communication, and group activities
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and the clinical team
- Communicate effectively with families and the clinical team
- Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow all ethical and company policies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Certified Behavior Technician (CBT)– Required
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Passion for working with kids in a group setting and a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to work Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass background check
