Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and glassware
- Set up and maintain dishwashing stations and sinks
- Keep kitchen floors clean and dry throughout your shift
- Take out trash and recycling as needed
- Assist with basic food prep and help the chef as required
- Follow daily cleaning checklists and kitchen hygiene standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous dishwashing experience is a plus but not required
- ServSafe Certification is a bonus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry throughout the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen with hot or cold conditions
