Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a CIPP project crew in the installation, quality control, and rehabilitation of sewer or storm water pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to coordinate scheduling, equipment needs, and materials procurement.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of equipment—especially within confined spaces.
- Conduct jobsite planning, troubleshooting, and ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Oversee crew performance, provide on-the-job training, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Travel: Must be willing to travel within California, and occasionally outside the region, depending on project needs.
- CIPP Experience: At least 2–3 years of direct experience with cured-in-place pipe (wet-out, inversion, curing, and reinstatement).
- Pipeline Knowledge: Demonstrated ability to work on multiple pipe sizes; please include the largest diameter lined in your application.
- Leadership: Prior experience supervising crews in pipeline rehabilitation, underground utility, or heavy civil construction.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license required; CDL Class A or B strongly preferred.
- Safety & Physical Requirements: Must be comfortable working outdoors, in confined spaces, and around construction equipment. Familiarity with OSHA/Cal-OSHA safety standards required.
