Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and at least ten plus (8+) years of experience in Pharma; managing automation, MES, or system implementation/upgrade projects.

Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communications)
- Experience in:
- Lead technical meeting with stakeholders and Syncade software developer

Coordinate integration window with impacted areas and supply chain

C&Q RFP Development

Manage software integration & migration

Manage C&Q implementation

Manage RFI, submittal, & change orders logs

Manage change control process

Develop and update cash flow

Develop & update integrated project schedule

Lead the upgrade of the Syncade MES platform.

Manage software integration, migration, and implementation.

Lead technical meetings.

Coordinate system integration windows with manufacturing areas to minimize operational impact.

Develop and manage C&Q RFPs and oversee execution of commissioning and qualification activities.

Manage C&Q implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Oversee and maintain RFI, submittals, and change orders.
-
Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Automation, Manufacturing, QA, Validation, Supply Chain).

Identify and mitigate risks related to schedule, cost, quality, and compliance.

Provide status updates and reporting to stakeholders and leadership.

Support project closeout, documentation, and systems handover
