Are you passionate about yoga and early childhood education? Alianza Preschool is seeking a dynamic and experienced part-time Preschool Yoga Teacher to join our team! This position offers the opportunity to inspire and engage young minds through yoga in a nurturing and creative environment, promoting mindfulness and physical well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement yoga lesson plans tailored to infants through preschool-aged children.
- Incorporate fun and imaginative themes to engage children in yoga practices and mindful movement.
- Utilize props, such as mats, blocks, and stuffed animals, to enhance the learning experience and make yoga accessible and enjoyable.
- Manage a classroom of up to 18 children, adapting to varying age groups and individual needs.
- Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages self-expression, relaxation, and a sense of community.
Qualifications:
- Experience teaching yoga to young children (infants to preschool age).
- Strong knowledge of yoga principles and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create an engaging and interactive classroom environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
Compensation Package:
