We are seeking reliable and motivated Manufacturing Production Associates to join our team. This role combines warehouse order fulfillment with color production and blending operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pull customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare, mix, and produce colors according to established formulas and specifications.
- Package and label finished products for shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock organization.
- Operate warehouse and production equipment safely.
- Perform quality checks to ensure product consistency and accuracy.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and formulas.
- Basic math and measuring skills.
- Dependable attendance and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
