The Endoscopy Center of Santa Monica is a Gastroenterology Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center where diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal procedures are performed. The center is equipped with three procedure suites with state-of-the-art endoscopy equipment. Gastroenterology procedures performed at the center include: colonoscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy and upper endoscopy.
The Endoscopy Center of Santa Monica is currently searching for an experienced per diem GI Technician to work all Mondays and additional days depending on the needs of the center. Major responsibilities include assisting physicians and registered nurses during diagnostic and therapeutic gastroenterology procedures. Candidates must be willing to train in scope reprocessing. Training will be provided. Candidates will be required to actively participate in all Regulatory Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement duties.
Proof of current BLS training from the American Heart Association is Required.
