Intermountain Slurry Seal is seeking CDL A Drivers to join their team in the Garland, TX area.
If you have a valid CDL A license and 1+ years of experience driving a manual transmission, this is an opportunity you need to explore! This position requires extensive travel between March and October. Most drivers travel 2-3 weeks at a time on average, with 3-4 days home in between.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Safely operate CDL-required vehicles to transport construction materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is safe and compliant.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload materials while following DOT regulations and company safety standards.
- Assist crews with job site setup, material handling, and general labor tasks as needed.
- Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection reports, and delivery documentation.
- Coordinate with dispatch, supervisors, and field crews to ensure timely deliveries and efficient operations.
- Operate vehicles safely in a variety of weather, traffic, and construction site conditions.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and promptly report mechanical issues or needed repairs.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and local transportation regulations, including DOT and FMCSA requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle and work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and participate in required safety meetings and training.
- Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers, vendors, and the public.
