Join a kitchen team where hard work is appreciated, teamwork matters, and there’s room to grow. We’re looking for a team mate to join our kitchen at a fast-paced, community-driven farm fresh restaurant.
This position is much more than “just dishes.” We’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping the kitchen running smoothly and understands how important their role is to the entire team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized dish station while ensuring all dishes, cookware, and utensils meet sanitation standards
- Take out trash and assist with general cleaning duties
- Help with basic prep tasks when needed
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Keep dish area clean, stocked, and efficient
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Able to follow instructions and communicate effectively with chefs and managers
- Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry dish racks, trash bags, and kitchen items safely
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment that can get hot and physically demanding during busy service

Kitchen experience is a plus, but not required. We love to teach, and we also value people who bring new ideas, strong work ethic, and good energy to the team.
