Position Overview
Jacobs Mitsubishi is seeking a highly skilled, full-time Flat Rate Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. We are looking for an A or strong B-level technician with proven experience in Mitsubishi diagnostics and repair, along with the ability to handle European and exotic vehicle service.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Mitsubishi vehicles according to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose and repair European and exotic vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, etc.)
- Efficiently complete work in a flat-rate environment while maintaining quality
- Utilize diagnostic equipment, schematics, and service information systems effectively
- Accurately document findings, repairs, and recommendations
- Communicate with service advisors regarding repair needs and timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all dealership and OEM procedures
Qualifications
- A-Level or strong B-Level Technician skillset required
- Mitsubishi dealership experience preferred
- Proven experience with European and/or exotic vehicle diagnostics and repair
- Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- ASE certifications preferred (not required but highly valued)
