Job Description:
GeneGoCell focuses on providing top-quality, innovative and fast-turnaround customized services in Next-Gen Sequencing (NGS).
The candidate will work in a GMP/GLP/ISO-compliant testing laboratory. The ideal candidate is required to closely follow SOPs and produce high-quality and consistent results. This role requires performance of repetitive work, including.
1. molecular assays including,
- sample sorting and organization
- DNA/RNA isolation,
- various Next-Gen Sequencing (NGS) library prep, and
- sequencing loading
2. shared lab organization and management tasks assigned by lab management.
Requirements:
- Min B.S. degree in molecular biology, cell biology, or relevant biological disciplines
- 1-2 years hands-on molecular assay, particularly NGS experience is preferred
- Ability to closely follow instruction and standard operating procedure (SOP)
- Clear logic and analytical skill
- Self-motivated
- Self-disciplined
Experience:
- DNA or RNA isolation: 1 year (Preferred)
- PCR: 1 year (Preferred)
- NGS Lib Prep: 1 year (Preferred)
- Experience with or interest in QC/QA and/or Sales/BD is a plus.
Pay: base salary ($50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year) + performance-based bonus
