Northwood Assisted Living, a 91 bed assisted living facility located in Springfield, OH is currently looking for a dynamic individual to fill the newly created role of Assistant Wellness Director. The ideal candidate will have:
- A current Nursing License (LPN) in good standing
- Training and/or experience in gerentological nursing as well as education and/or experience in nursing services administration
- Strong leadership interest and ability
- A desire to act as a resource person, and a desire to assit all nursing staff to develop individual skills and potential
- Ability to facilitate teamwork and be a team player
- Knowledge of State and Federal regulations
- Ability to assist in planing and budgeting for nursing care, including recommendations from the Wellness Director
