Pay Rate: $63.00/hr $66.00/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 12-hour Rotating Night Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Experience: Minimum 1 year required

About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse for an LDRP/OB night shift contract opportunity in Grants, NM. This role supports Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and newborn care while providing safe, family-centered nursing care in accordance with hospital standards and the New Mexico Nurse Practice Act.
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to LDRP, OB, and postpartum patients
Support labor, delivery, recovery, and newborn assessment needs
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Provide patient and family education with a culturally sensitive approach
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Cerner
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams
Supervise ancillary staff as appropriate
Float to other departments as needed with proper orientation
Requirements
Active New Mexico Registered Nurse License or active Compact RN License required
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
LDRP, OB, or postpartum experience preferred
BLS certification required
NRP certification required
ACLS and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required
OPS Emergency Workshop and STABLE required within 12 months
SAFER NM Technician certification preferred
Must be able to work rotating nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
