Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impressions
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, process cash transactions efficiently, and handle payments securely
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained at all times
- Provide in-person customer service by addressing guest inquiries, accommodating dietary restrictions, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit
- Assist with food preparation tasks when necessary, supporting kitchen staff in maintaining smooth operations during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, cleaning surfaces, and adhering to food safety management protocols
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with food handling procedures is beneficial
- Experience with food safety sanitizing procedures
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills in a hospitality setting
- Proven ability to process cash transactions accurately using POS systems and manage basic math calculations efficiently
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
