Job Summary
Office Werk Commercial Cleaning Services is looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Part-Time Cleaning Technicians.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to earn supplemental income with steady part-time work. Most of our available positions are evening or night shifts, typically 3–6 hours per shift. We may also have limited morning, mid-shift, and weekend shifts available depending on the location.
No professional cleaning experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. What matters most is reliability, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.
Responsibilities
Cleaning Technicians are responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and professional commercial facilities. Duties may include:
Daily trash removal
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, including sinks, toilets, urinals, mirrors, partitions, and other restroom surfaces
Dusting and wiping office furniture, fixtures, counters, and equipment
Spot cleaning glass, entry doors, and common touchpoints
Restocking restroom supplies when needed
Light entryway or exterior area cleaning when assigned
Submitting supply requests when products are running low
Documenting completed work when required
Reporting maintenance issues, damages, safety concerns, or potential problems
Following assigned cleaning checklists and company procedures
Requirements
Must be dependable and show up on time
Must be able to work independently and stay on task
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
Must be able to communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and clients when needed
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Must have reliable transportation
Valid Class C Driver’s License preferred
Must have a smartphone with access to the app store
Must be willing to work evening or night shifts
Weekend, morning, or mid-shift availability is a plus
