Position: Laboratory Assistant
Facility: Adventist Health Howard Memorial
Location: 1 Marcela Dr, Willits, CA 95490
Duration: 26 weeks (Possible extension)
Shift: Nights, 36 hours per week
Start date: ASAP
Pay Package (Based on 40 Hours/Week):
Weekly Gross with Stipend: $2,075
Weekly Stipend: $1,155 (Non-Taxable)
Taxable Hourly Rate: $23/hour
Blended Hourly Rate: $51.88
Local Candidate rate within 50 miles: $46/hour on W2
Requirements:
- Shift: Variable shifts – 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM, or 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
- Schedule: Rotating weekends | No on-call
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience (acute care experience preferred)
Certification:
- California CPT I (Certified Phlebotomy Technician I) required
- BLS: Current BLS certification required
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED required (Associate/Technical degree preferred)
