We are seeking a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in a sophisticated law firm environment who is eager to work across a diverse and dynamic practice. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, and transactional matters, with healthcare, dental, or veterinary industry experience preferred.

What You’ll Do
- Take a lead role in client matters, with significant client interaction and ownership of outcomes.
- Handle complex transactional work, including drafting and negotiating key agrements such as:
- Asset purchase agreements
- Partnership and operating agreements
- Employment agreements
- Commercial and corporate transactional documents
- Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and paralegals, while maintaining the ability to work independently.
What We’re Looking For
- Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (required)
- Minimum of 5 years of M&A and/or transactional experience in a sophisticated law firm setting
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or veterinary industries (preferred)
- A bright, motivated, and detail-oriented attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
