Now Hiring: Care Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing wellness programs for residents.
- Designing and monitoring residents health initiatives.
- Developing health education materials and activities.
- Conducting fitness assessments and health screenings.
- Organizing health and wellness fairs.
- Collaborating with insurance providers and other stakeholders.
- Budgeting and tracking program expenses.
- Advising employees on nutrition, exercise, and other health-related topics.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse in CA.
- Knowledge of health and wellness industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A minimum of three years' experience in a wellness program or health promotion setting.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized and detail-oriente
