In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement therapy programs that help residents regain independence with daily living activities.

- Active California Occupational Therapist License
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
- NBCOT Certification
- 1+ year of recent OT experience, SNF or rehab experience preferred
- Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with rehabilitation and interdisciplinary teams
