The Pet Concierge is hiring a dependable, caring, and professional VIP Pet Concierge to provide high-quality in-home pet care for clients in Ogden and surrounding areas. We are looking for someone who treats pets like family and takes pride in delivering safe, reliable, concierge-level service in the comfort of each client’s home. Our brand is built around transparent communication, professionalism, and personalized care for all kinds of pets—from dogs and cats to birds, fish, reptiles, rabbits, and other small pets.

In partnership with Idlewire Pet Care, we were created to serve families who prefer the comfort, convenience, and individualized attention of in-home pet care. We specialize in helping pets stay comfortable in their familiar environment while giving pet owners peace of mind through detailed updates and professional service.
What You’ll Do
As a VIP Pet Concierge, you may provide a variety of services, including:
- In-home pet sitting
- Drop-in visits
- Dog walking
- Feeding and fresh water
- Medication administration according to instructions
- Playtime, enrichment, and companionship
- Care for dogs, cats, birds, fish, reptiles, rabbits, and other small pets
- Photo, video, voice memo, and GPS-tracked updates through our software
- Optional live video check-ins with clients
- Pet taxi transportation in a company vehicle
- Possible participation in Mountain Dog Adventures for qualified candidates
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Warm, professional, and trustworthy
- Calm and confident with animals of all sizes and species
- Highly dependable and punctual
- Comfortable entering client homes respectfully and responsibly
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- Tech-comfortable and able to use apps for scheduling, GPS tracking, notes, and media updates
- Able to work independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Available for a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior pet care, veterinary, kennel, daycare, dog walking, or pet sitting experience
- Comfortable handling multiple pet types, including small pets and exotics
- Pet CPR and first aid certification, or willingness to obtain it
- Clean driving record
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to safely walk dogs, lift pet supplies, and manage active days on the go

This is not basic pet sitting. Our clients trust us with their pets, their homes, and their routines. Every visit is expected to be professional, attentive, and fully documented. Our concierges provide personalized care, full scheduled visit times, safety-focused handling, and clear communication through visit report cards that may include GPS tracking, photos, videos, and voice memos.
