This is an exciting opportunity to manage the digital fundraising campaigns for non-profits in the conservative political, troop support, historical sights, and animal sanctuary sectors.
Eberle Communications Group is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Digital Fundraising Coordinatorto help coordinate digital fundraising campaigns for multiple nonprofit clients. This position will support the planning, production, scheduling, deployment, quality control, tracking, and reporting of fundraising e-mails and text messages for approximately seven to ten nonprofit organizations.
You will work closely with Account Executives, Copywriters, production staff, data/list teams, designers, digital vendors, and client contacts to ensure that e-mail and text campaigns are accurate, timely, donor-focused, and coordinated with each client’s direct mail fundraising program.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who can manage many moving parts, meet deadlines, proof details carefully, and help turn strategy and copy into successful digital fundraising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain digital fundraising calendars and production timelines for assigned clients and coordinate deadlines for e-mail and text deployments with direct mail campaigns.
· Route proofs, gather approvals, communicate status, and keep team members on schedule.
· Prepare audience segments and suppression files.
· Set up, proof, test, and schedule messages in the e-mail or text platform, including personalization, merge fields, subject lines, preheaders, links, tracking codes, and donation pages.
· Monitor campaign deployment and troubleshoot delivery, formatting, link, tracking, or donation form issues.
· Track campaign performance and prepare reports on core metrics, including delivery, opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, gifts, average gift, unsubscribes, bounces, text opt-outs, acquisition/reactivation, and net revenue.
· Coordinate A/B tests, document results, recommend practical improvements,
· Maintain and organize digital fundraising templates, reusable assets, campaign folders, and standard operating procedures.
· Other duties as assigned by the head of the Digital Fundraising division
Required Qualifications
· At least two years of experience in digital fundraising, nonprofit fundraising, e-mail marketing, text marketing, direct-response marketing, account coordination, campaign production, or a related role.
· Strong project management skills and the ability to manage many campaigns, clients, deadlines, and details at the same time.
· Excellent proofreading skills and a high level of accuracy.
· Experience working with e-mail marketing platforms, text platforms, donor databases, CRMs, fundraising platforms, or marketing automation tools.
· Comfort working with spreadsheets, CSV files, lists, segmentation instructions, campaign calendars, and performance reports.
· Basic understanding of digital fundraising metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue, average gift, unsubscribe rates, and donor response.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work well with Account Executives, Copywriters, clients, vendors, designers, data teams, and production staff.
· A practical understanding of donor-centered fundraising, direct-response communications, and nonprofit revenue goals.
Success Measures
· Campaigns are launched accurately, on time, and in coordination with direct mail schedules.
· Assigned clients have clear, current digital fundraising calendars.
· Internal teams receive timely proofs, status updates, and reports.
· E-mail and text campaigns are properly tested before deployment.
· Lists, suppressions, personalization, links, and tracking codes are accurate.
· Campaign results are documented and used to improve future fundraising.
Fundraising campaign results show measurable improvement in donor acquisition, reactivation and upgrades rates over time.
· The person in this role becomes a dependable traffic manager for digital direct-response fundraising across multiple client accounts.
