Job Overview
This is a pure sales position focused on growing flatbed freight business. Specifically interested in steel business. Motivated people can earn over 6 figures.
Responsibilities
- Minimum 10 travel days per month focused on Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana meeting with steel shipping customers
- Your primary responsibility is to prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities while building and managing your own book of business.
- You'll identify shippers with steel transportation needs, negotiate solutions, and establish long-term customer relationships.
- Once freight is secured, our experienced operations team manages dispatch and load execution allowing you to remain focused on sales, customer retention, and revenue growth.
- Success in this role is driven by developing new customer accounts, increasing freight volume, and becoming a trusted transportation partner for your clients.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
