- Set up for concrete pour, including set stakes, nail up lumber, set panels
- Jobsite Layout/Staking
- Material ordering
- Scheduling of employees
- Coordinate scheduling of pours
- Attend construction meetings
- Jobsite organization
- Schedule maintenance of equipment
- Training of new employees
