Personal Injury law firm has an immediate opening for an experienced paralegal. Full time or part time position available. Amount listed is only the starting pay. Salary depends on experience.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 2+ years experience negotiating and settling claims with insurance/adjusting companies. DO NOT apply if you do not have experience with claims negotiation and settlement.
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
- Candidate must be a multi-tasker and have the ability to get things done and be a problem solver and figure things out on their own.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and settle claims with insurance/adjusting companies.
- Drafting and filing of litigation paperwork with the courts as needed (S&C, etc.)
- Responding to Rogs and other litigation paperwork.
- Keeping track and updating each cases litigation calendar
