An opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist to support K-12 students in a role located in the Kansas City, MO Metro Area. This contract position spans the current school year, offering a HYBRID full-time schedule of approximately 37.5 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The role focuses on providing psychological services, addressing the needs of students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Key responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, interpreting data to inform interventions, collaborating with educators and families, and contributing to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support student success. The position demands strong diagnostic and counseling skills tailored to a diverse student population within a school setting.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Missouri School Psychologist License/Certification is mandatory
- Masters degree in School Psychology or related field
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and provide actionable recommendations
- Experience working with K-12 student populations in educational environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
