Janela Bay is looking for an energetic Manager for our Women's Swimwear Store at Grand Teton Mall in Idaho Falls, ID.
Manager Job Duties:
Interview and hire new employees
Train new employees
Work closely and retrain employees who need to improve
Manage staff schedule
Find replacements for sick calls/no shows or be willing to cover the shift if a replacement can't be arranged.
Manage weekly cash sales
Deposit cash at the bank weekly
Participate in Monthly Manager Meetings via Zoom
Plan & Present regular staff meetings
Scan store inventory every Monday morning and after restocks arrive each week
Fill out weekly restock form each Monday
Ship online orders (if they are sold out at the warehouse)
Regular Staff Duties:
Greet customers as they enter the store
Assist customers with dressing rooms and help them find the right suit for their body type
Collect payment for items
Assist customers with exchanges/returns
Steam clean all items that arrive with the weekly restock and put them away
Steam clean all items after customers try them on in the dressing rooms
Clean store each day using the daily cleaning checklist
Must be available to work at least 25 hour per week during our daytime shifts and possibly some evening and weekend shifts. Our store is open Mon - Thurs 11:00am-8:00pm, Friday and Saturday 10:00am-8:00pm and Sundays 12:00pm-6:00pm.
All employees rotate holiday shifts. The store is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

**Hourly rate may be flexible depending on applicant's prior experience.
