Position Summary
· The Marketing Director leads the strategic marketing, business development, communications, brand management, and growth initiatives for Brooks LeBoeuf. The role works closely with firm leadership and attorneys to strengthen the firm’s market position, increase brand awareness, generate prospective client opportunities, and drive measurable growth in client inquiries, sign-ups, and intakes.
· This position combines brand and marketing leadership with a data-driven approach to client acquisition, using insights from the firm’s case management system (CMS), digital platforms, and marketing channels to evaluate performance and guide growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Strategy
· Develop and execute the firm’s overall marketing and growth strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
· Lead firm-wide branding and rebranding initiatives, including brand standards, messaging, visual identity, signage, digital assets, and collateral.
· Maintain consistency of the Brooks LeBoeuf brand across advertising, digital platforms, social media, print materials, office environments, and community-facing initiatives.
· Identify opportunities to strengthen the firm’s visibility, reputation, and competitive position within key markets.
Advertising & Digital Marketing
· Direct the firm’s advertising strategy across digital, outdoor, print, video, and other media channels.
· Manage relationships with advertising agencies, digital marketing partners, media representatives, designers, photographers, videographers, and other outside vendors.
· Oversee website strategy, content development, search marketing, digital advertising, and ongoing website enhancements.
· Coordinate advertising campaigns from concept and creative development through approval, placement, and implementation.
· Ensure advertising and marketing materials comply with applicable Florida Bar advertising requirements.
· Analyze digital campaign performance and prospective-client activity to determine which channels, campaigns, and messaging are generating meaningful leads and signed clients.
Business Development, Client Acquisition & Growth
· Partner with attorneys and firm leadership to develop strategies that increase prospective client inquiries, consultations, sign-ups, and qualified case intakes.
· Utilize data from the firm’s case management system (CMS) to track lead sources, prospective client activity, intake volume, conversion rates, signed cases, and other key growth indicators.
· Analyze CMS and marketing data to identify trends in client acquisition and determine which marketing channels, campaigns, referral sources, and geographic markets are producing the strongest results.
· Connect marketing activity to downstream intake and client conversion data to better understand return on marketing investment and guide future spending.
· Develop reporting and performance insights for firm leadership to support data-driven decisions regarding advertising, business development, and growth initiatives.
· Identify opportunities within the intake process to improve conversion of prospective clients from initial inquiry through consultation and sign-up.
· Collaborate with attorneys, intake personnel, and external marketing partners to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with the firm’s client acquisition goals.
· Develop initiatives that strengthen relationships with clients, referral sources, community partners, and other key stakeholders.
· Evaluate sponsorships, partnerships, events, and community engagement opportunities based on strategic value and their potential contribution to firm growth.
· Support long-term growth planning, market expansion, and new client acquisition strategies.
Communications & Public Relations
· Develop messaging and communications that support the firm’s brand, attorneys, practice areas, and strategic priorities.
· Manage social media strategy and content development across firm platforms.
· Identify and coordinate public relations, media, community engagement, and thought-leadership opportunities.
· Develop attorney profiles, biographies, videos, photography, and other content that communicates the experience and personality of the firm’s attorneys.
· Support internal communications related to major firm initiatives and organizational changes.
Strategic Projects & Firm Development
· Lead cross-functional projects involving attorneys, administrative leadership, staff, and outside partners.
· Manage major firm initiatives from strategy and planning through execution.
· Support office and client-facing improvements that strengthen the overall Brooks LeBoeuf brand experience.
· Establish timelines, coordinate stakeholders, manage approvals, and ensure strategic projects remain on track.
· Serve as a central point of coordination between firm leadership and external marketing and creative partners.
Budget, Performance & Vendor Management
· Develop and manage marketing, advertising, branding, and business development budgets.
· Evaluate proposals, negotiate with vendors, and oversee contracts and project scopes.
· Monitor marketing investments against lead generation, intake, conversion, and signed-client performance.
· Use performance data to recommend reallocations of marketing resources toward channels and initiatives producing the strongest results.
· Maintain accountability for project timelines, deliverables, expenditures, and overall marketing performance.
Leadership & Collaboration
The Marketing Director works directly with firm leadership and attorneys to translate the firm’s business objectives into measurable growth, marketing, and client acquisition strategies. The position requires the ability to independently lead complex initiatives, interpret business and marketing data, and effectively manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, vendors, and deadlines.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
