What You'll Actually Be Doing:

Operating excavators and skid steers (not just watching someone else do it).

Installing premium hardscapes, water features, retaining walls, and rockeries.

Working directly under a Site Manager—leading and motivating your crew.

Reading plans, setting grades, and keeping sites tight and professional.

Building projects you'll actually want to show your friends.
What We Need From You:

3+ years landscape construction experience (you know the difference between a compactor and a jackhammer).

Heavy equipment skills—excavators, skid steers, etc.

Valid driver's license + reliable transportation.

The grit to work outdoors year-round (yes, even in Seattle winters).

Leadership potential and a no-drama attitude.

Bilingual? Huge plus.
