Job Title: Assembler

- Shift: Monday to Friday/ 06:00 AM- 02:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will contribute to assembling and testing products, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement using the Manufacturing System.
Responsibilities
- Assemble components of all product lines and select the correct tools and fixtures.
- Test assembled products and troubleshoot any issues.
- Read blueprints, identify components, and use pertinent hand tools and rework techniques.
- Create labor records for all transactions.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of Assembly experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in English.
- IPC-610 Certification.
- Skills in assembly and soldering of printed circuit boards, reading design drawings, and electronic component identification.
- Understanding of quality standards and ability to use a microscope for long periods.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Proficiency in computer skills and SAP.
