We’re looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Administrator & Security Manager to own the security design, governance, and day-to-day operations of our Oracle Fusion environment. You’ll ensure system integrity, optimize performance, and lead role-based security across Financials, HCM, SCM, and other modules—while partnering closely with IT, Finance, HR, and Internal Audit.
What You’ll Do

Administer and support Oracle Fusion Cloud across production, test, and development.

Manage quarterly updates, testing, deployments, and system performance.

Design and maintain secure RBAC models, roles, privileges, and SoD controls.

Oversee user provisioning, access reviews, and security incident resolution.

Support audits, compliance testing, and remediation of security risks.

Streamline processes and drive workflow efficiency across teams.
What You Bring
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

5+ years administering Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Strong hands-on experience with Fusion Security (roles, data security, SoD).

Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work non-traditional hours when needed.
Nice to Have
-
Oracle Fusion certifications.
-
Experience with IDM, SSO, or IAM integrations.

Background supporting Financials and/or HCM.

Experience in multi-entity or complex environments.
