Responsibilities:
- Operate a tow truck to assist with vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or repossessions
- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck in a safe and secure manner
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting drivers and passengers in distress
- Perform basic automotive diagnostics to determine the issue with the vehicle
- Utilize mechanical skills to address minor repairs or adjustments on-site
- Drive responsibly and adhere to traffic laws while towing vehicles
- Use conflict management skills when dealing with upset or frustrated customers
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Tow Truck Driver or similar role
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair procedures
- Ability to operate a flatbed tow truck is preferred
- Proficiency in using forklifts for loading and unloading vehicles is a plus
- Strong mechanical knowledge to handle vehicle-related issues effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with clients
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
