AIS Installations is seeking an energetic and customer-focused In-Store Home Improvement Lead Generator to engage shoppers inside Home Depot stores and create new sales opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and promoting home improvement services in a retail setting.
The position involves approaching customers, identifying interest in products such as flooring, fencing, and decking, qualifying leads, and scheduling in-home consultations for the sales team. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, marketing, customer service, or lead generation and be comfortable working independently to meet daily goals.
Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic technology skills are important for success in this role. Candidates must be able to use CRM tools and have an Apple iPad for daily lead entry and communication. Evening and weekend availability may be required.
