CSA attendants provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out a “whatever it takes” attitude to ensure customers receive great customer service and a safe quality wash.
Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer at our pay terminals with a SMILE
- Maintain the condition of the property ensuring it is clean, inviting, and safe
- Providing a safe working environment by following all safety policies
- Increase sales by using provided greetings and marketing strategies
- Assisting customers with a SMILE and friendly service
- Strategize with your team on how you all will reach or exceed company sales goals
- Be informed of all products and packages we offer to our customers
- Communicate effectively with your location employees and manager
- Flexible schedule
- Enjoys helping customers and does so with a SMILE
- Check every customers vehicle before it enters the wash to ensure that the vehicle does not have any visible safety issues.
- Performing the speedy processing of customer vehicles by following the correct procedure for every vehicle through the car wash.
