I am looking for a well-rounded person who can complete the following duties:
* Provide support to two small assisted living houses. This requires driving between them as needed during your shift. Houses are only 3 miles apart.
* Oversee and ensure the team member training process is occurring per standards. This includes Orientation, job shadowing, etc...
* 60% nursing duties/40% admin and director duties
* Creates a great house culture
* Team member oversight and leadership (set the example)
* Proficient with computers. Specifically, Microsoft Office and TEAMS.
* On call as needed
* Holds the caregiving team accountable in a kind, compassionate manner.
* Team member motivator
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
