Construction Manager
BAM Workforce Solutions is partnering with a top ENR contractor. Project types include battery storage, substations, transmission, and utility-scale solar ranging from 10 MW to 600 MW, with Texas as the current hub and projects spread nationwide.

Overview:
- Own all field activity from handoff through closeout — you are the leader on the ground and the person everyone looks to when decisions need to be made.
- Build and drive construction schedules, field execution plans, staffing, and site logistics, and put recovery plans in motion when the job calls for it.
- Lead a full field organization including Superintendents, Foremen, craft labor, and subcontractors.
- Keep labor productive, identify constraints before they slow the job down, and forecast manpower and equipment needs throughout the project.
- Partner closely with the Project Manager on cost, schedule, subcontract administration, and change management.
- Coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and utility turnover to keep every phase connected.
- Hold the line on quality and safety every day not because it is required but because you believe it is the most important thing on any job site.
- Mentor field leadership and bring the company's core values into every interaction on the project.
Requirements:
- 5+ years managing utility, renewable energy, transmission, substation, or EPC construction projects.
- Proven track record on self-perform EPC projects valued at $15M or more with large craft workforces and subcontractors.
- Battery Energy Storage Systems experience is the top priority.
- High voltage substation, T&D, or utility-scale solar experience highly valued.
- Strong safety culture beyond certifications, a genuine belief that people come first.
- OSHA 30 required
- Must be willing to travel and work extended rotations nationwide.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
