This is a critical, frontline role responsible for creating an exceptional first impression and converting inbound and outbound opportunities into showroom traffic.

What You’ll Do
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls, texts, and internet leads
- Set and confirm appointments with a focus on driving showroom traffic
- Deliver a professional, engaging, and customer-first experience on every interaction
- Follow up with sold and unsold customers to nurture relationships and generate repeat opportunities
- Convert marketing leads into qualified appointments and sales opportunities
- Partner closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer handoff
- Track and manage activity, appointments, and results within CRM systems
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics (appointments set, show rate, conversions)
