Job Summary
Bucked Up Fitness is hiring a Sales Associate to drive membership sales at our Charlotte location. You'll own the full sales process from tour to close, working leads until they convert and keeping the front desk running smoothly along the way. This role is a strong fit for someone who wants to sell, not just staff a desk.
Responsibilities
- Give facility tours and close new memberships using our tour and closing scripts.
- Own your individual sales numbers, including tour-to-close conversion and monthly enrollment goals.
- Work leads through follow-up calls, texts, and email until they close or go cold.
- Handle objections confidently and know when to bring in management for a save.
- Check members in, verify new sign-ups, and log all activity accurately.
- Keep the front desk covered and maintain daily cleaning protocols.
- Stay current on membership pricing, promotions, and current sales incentives.
- Support day-pass and walk-in traffic generated by marketing campaigns.
Experience
- Previous sales experience, ideally in fitness, membership-based, or service-driven business.
- Strong customer service
- Demonstrated ability to close, not just process transactions.
- Comfortable initiating conversations with prospects and handling objections.
- Reliable, punctual, and available for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication skills that build trust with members and prospects.
- Genuine interest in fitness and health is a plus.
