- $25,000 Base Salary
- Weekly & Monthly Commission

Expected On-Target Earnings: $145,000–$225,000+ per year (Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses)

What You'll Do
- Speak with homeowners interested in selling their properties
- Build rapport and uncover seller motivation
- Analyze property values and estimate repair costs
- Present and negotiate cash offers
- Structure win-win agreements for both the seller and the company
- Maintain CRM records and follow-up schedules
- Track KPIs and consistently execute daily outreach activities
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales experience required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude with a competitive mindset
- Coachable and eager to improve every day
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable internet connection
- Available to work approximately 9:00 AM – 6:00/7:00 PM
