American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week night shift travel assignment, requiring at least 2 years of experience and prior completion of a travel assignment.

Works in a hospital-based CT Scan department

Operates Siemens CT scanners and related equipment
-
Sunday through Tuesday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour night shifts)

13-week contract

Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience

Prior completion of at least one travel assignment required

Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or closely related field

Active Maryland license required (license required if applicable)

ARRT registration required
-
BLS/CPR certification required

Experience at a comparable facility size (500+ bed count for large academic medical center placements)

SSN and DOB required for consideration

1 professional reference required for consideration

Perform CT procedures and operate Siemens scanners in the examination of patients
-
Interact with radiologists, physicians, and nursing staff throughout the shift

Counsel patients on radiographic procedures to be performed
-
Assist physicians with biopsies and drainage procedures

Secure patient consent for intravenous injections and position patients on equipment
