What You Will Do
- Run pre-set, confirmed in-home appointments
- Follow our proven sales system
- Present, close, and earn — with no commission delays
- Opportunity to grow into a sales leadership role
- Evening/weekend availability
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
Commission Example
- 2 appointments/day
- 35% close rate
- Average project: $19k
→ Base Commission: $20k/month
→ Performance Bonus / Self-Generated Sales: $22k–$29k/month
- Top closers earn $350k+/year
