Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities while maintaining their dignity and independence.
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Maintain cleanliness in residents' living spaces.
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA certification in Ohio.
- Previous experience in long-term care preferred.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
