Royal Oaks Country Club is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are a full service, family-oriented country club located in Vancouver, WA. Our ideal candidate will possess a variety of skills in both construction and facility maintenance. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Performing construction duties such as painting, sheetrock, carpentry.
- Maintaining facilities including kitchen, gym, storage, office space, etc.
- Grounds maintenance including security systems and gate access.
- Coordination with contractors and vendors including janitorial services.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs., climb ladders, repetitive bending, squatting and lifting is required.
- Adaptability and willingness to do a variety of tasks.
- Reliable team player.
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively without immediate supervision.
- Attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to cover extra shifts as needed.
- Must be available to work weekends and early morning.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Wage: $20-$24 per hour DOE
Schedule: Saturday, Sunday and Mondays required. Emergency on call as required.
