Rosie is hiring — and we love people who are investing in their future while staying engaged in meaningful work today.
About Rosie: Rosie is a Seattle-based service that matches vetted helpers with local families who need support with childcare, household management, and daily tasks. We're building something special in the care space — and we want motivated, smart, dependable people on our team of Rosie Pros.
The Role
Pro was built for people who want childcare work with the same families week after week: but has a schedule that is inconsistent. Work Monday-Friday one week and the weekends after, no worries! Rosie will fit into your life around this.
Where Flex Pro is built around variety, Pro is built around consistency. You're matched with families deliberately, you learn how their household runs, and you become part of how their week works. You get pay bonuses for committing to these families, while still getting to work on your schedule.
What You'll Do
You'll care for children and help families with laundry, dishes and light organization projects. Over time you'll know the routines without being told: the after-school snack, the nap window, which backpack goes where.
You'll follow the family's preferences closely, keep kids safe, engaged, and on schedule, handle meals and snacks per their plan, drive kids to and from activities when the family needs it, and tidy up whatever the session created. At the end, you send a recap.
You'll be communicative with Rosie about your availability and anything that changes it.
