RIPT is building the strongest neighborhood footprint in Jersey City—and this role is at the center of it. The Guest Experience & Community Engagement Manager is responsible for bringing the RIPT brand to life out in the world: in our store, across our neighborhood, and wherever our community shows up.
This person is the heartbeat of our local presence—part hospitality pro, part community connector, part experiential marketer. You’ll collaborate daily with our Front of House team to elevate the in-store vibe, create memorable guest touchpoints, and drive repeat visits.
