Job Summary:
We are seeking a personable and style-driven Boutique Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, one-on-one shopping experience. This role is ideal for someone who appreciates quality menswear, understands fit and function, and enjoys building lasting relationships with customers. You will act as both a trusted style advisor and brand ambassador, helping clients find pieces that fit their lifestyle with confidence and intention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a personalized, high-touch shopping experience tailored to each customer
- Offer styling guidance with a focus on fit, function, and versatility
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling store environment
- Assist with merchandising, product displays, and new arrivals
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (menswear a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people
- Interest in menswear, craftsmanship, and quality goods
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
